By virtue of a writ of Levari facias to me directed, will be sold at public sale, on Friday, the 14th day of March next, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, on the premises, a
certain messuage, tenement, plantation tract of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, and county of Chester ; bounded by lands of David Potts, Benjamin Davis, Benjamin Jones and others, containing 45 1-2 acres of land more or less with the appurtenances. The improvements are a comfortable stone dwelling house, stabling and other out buildings; the land is handsomely situated and in a good state of cultivation, with a good proportion of timber, and well watered. Also, one other tract or parcel of land, adjoining the above described premises, situate in the township and county aforesaid, bounded by lands of Rudolph Huzzard, widow Grover, Jonathan Cleaver and others, containing 55 acres and 59 perches of land, more or less with the appurtenances. The land is naturally of a good quality, with a good proportion of woodland, and well watered. - Seized and taken in execution as the property of Joseph Ridgeway.
