TO BE SOLD AT PUBLIC SALE
On the premises at two o'clock P.M. on
third day the 28th December instant, a
Plantation or Tract of 34 acres 77 perches
of land, adjoining Dr. William Harris and
others, lying in Tredyffrin township, Chester
county, late the property of Benjamin
Davis, dec. The improvements are a stone
House, two stories, with two rooms and an
entry on a floor, a stone Barn with an overshoot
and Stabling underneath, a stone
Spring house over a never failing spring of
good water, there are about 15 acres of thriving
chesnut timber, an orchard of thriving
apple trees now in full bearing and a
variety of other fruit. The remaining part
of said tract under a good state of cultivation,
divided into fields, with chesnut rails.
Any person wishing to view the premises
may, by applying to Job Davis living on
the same.
