ALSO
By virtue of a writ of Venditioni
Exponas, to me directed, will be sold
at public sale, on the fourth day of
March next, at one o'clock, P.M. at
the dwelling house on the premises, a
certain messuage, plantation, or tract
of land, situate in the township of
Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester,
bounded by lands of Mordecai Davis,
John Elliott, lands late of Richard
Moore, deceased, and others, containing
one hundred acres, nore or less
with the appurtenances. The
improvements are a large two story
stone house and barn, both nearly new
and completely finished, with a well
of water near to each, stone spring
house, large cistern, and an orchard
of well selected fruit trees. There is
a large body of limestone on this farm,
the land is of excellent quality, in a
high state of cultivation, well fenced
and watered and has a reasonable
proportion of timber.
ALSO, - At the same time and
place, a certain lot or tract of woodland,
situate in the township aforesaid,
bounded by lands of Jonathan
Philips, Joseph Conard and others,
containing ten acres and twenty-four
perches.
Seized and taken in execution as
the property of David Zook, and to
be sold by
JESSE SHARP,Sheriff.
