Sheriff's Sale
BY virtue of a writ of writ of levari facias, to me
directed, will be sold at public sale, on
Saturday the 30th day of January inst., at one
o'clock, P.M. on the premises, a certain
messuage and lot or piece of land, situate in
the township of Tredyffrin, Chester county,
bounded by lands now or late of Catharine
Henderson, James McMurry and others,
containing 2 1/2 acres, be the same more or less,
with the appurtenances. The improvements
consist of a comfortable stone dwelling house,
stone barn, stable high, and frame above.
The land is of good quality; altogether a very
desirable place for a mechanic. Seized and
taken in execution as the property of Ben
Smith, dec'd, and to be sold by
WM ROGERS, Sheriff.
