Sheriff's Sale
BY virtue of a writ of writ of levari facias, to me
directed, will be sold at public sale, on Saturday
the 30th inst. at 1 o'clock P.M. on the premises
a certain messuage and lot of LAND, situate in
the township of Tredyffrin, and county of Chester,
bounded by lands now or late of Catharine
Henderson, James McMurry and others, containing
2 1/2 acres, be the same more or less, with the
appurtenances : on which are erected a stone
dwelling HOUSE, stone barn, stable high, and
frame above. The land is of good quality, altogether
a very desirable place for a mechanics. --
Seized and taken in execution as the property of
Ben Smith, dec'd.
ALSO : By virtue of a writ of Fieri Facias, to
me directed will be sold at Public Sale, at the
residence of Jonathan West, in the township of
New Garden, Chester county, on the 23rd inst.,
at 1 o'clock P.M. the following personal property,
to wit : three horses, two cows, one calf, wagon,
sled, two sets of wagon harness, clock, together
with sundry other property : Seized and taken in
execution as the property of Jonathan West, and
to be sold by
