Sheriff's Sales
02.23.1841 American Republican
Sheriff's Sales BY virtue of a writ of writ of Fieri Facias, and to me directed, will be sold at public sale, on Tuesday the 16th of March next, at 1 o'clock P.M., on the premises. Lot No. 1., situate in the township of Tredyffrin, and county of Chester, bounded by lands of Geo. W. Shameline, Joshua Malone and others; within 3/4 of a mile of the Pena. rail road, containing 15 acres, 2 roods and 13 perches. The said lot has been lately well limed and has a good spring on it, and about 4 acres of chesnut timber, the remainder is arable land, divided into convenient fields and well fenced. Lot No. 2, situate in the same township, and bounded by the above tract, containing 5 ? acres and 52 perches of land, with a comfortable log house erected thereon a well of good water at the door. There is also an apple orchard on the premises in full bearing. this tract has also been lately limed and is well fenced. Seized and taken into execution as the property of John Henson.
