Public Sale
BY virtue of a deed of Trust from John
L M'Cracken to George W. Bruce,
and Jesse Newton, will be exposed to public
sale, on the premises, on Saturday the 29th
day of May, next, a messuage or tenement
and tract or piece of land, situate on the
road leading from the Bear tavern to the
Great Valley in Tredyffrin township, Chester
county, containing about 3 acres of land,
more or less with the appurtenances, being
the same premises devised by Rachel Landis
to the said John L. M'Cracken.
Sale to commence at 1 o'clock, P.M.
