PUBLIC SALE
By virtue of an alias order of the Orphans'
Court of Chester county, will be sold at public
sale on Monday, the 18th of December
next, at the mansion house, on the premises,
the following described real estate, viz: all
that messuage and tract of Land, containing
38 acres and 142 perches of limestone land,
lat the property of David Showalter, dec'd,
situate in Tredyffrin township. The improvements
are a good stone BARN 60 by 45 feet;
a good HOUSE, part stone and part log; a
sa stone wagon house, a convenient spring and
house over it; a well with pump in it near the
door, a GOOD APPLE ORCHARD and other
fruit trees.
Lot No. 2. At the same time and place,
A LOT OF WOODLAND,
situate in Willistown township, containing 12
acres and 7 perches, adjoining lands of Mordecai
Thomas, Samuel Johnson and others.
Said woodland is well not with thriving timber;
Any person wishing to view the property
before sale will apply to Daniel Showalter,
living thereon. Conditions at sale. Sale to
commence at 1 o'clock on said day.
