A VALLEY PLANTATION FOR SALE
In consequence of the inclemency of the
weather on the 7th. instant, which prevented
purchasers from attending the sale, the
subscribers did not sell the plantation, late of
Jacob Rickabaugh, dec'd., containing 110 acres.
It will, therefore, be held for private sale,
until the 15th day of January next. It is a
FIRST RATE FARM of lime stone land,
with good improvements, well timbered and
well watered. It is situated in the Great
Valley, Tredyffrin township, Chester county,
2 miles north of Paoli, and 21 west from
Philadelphia. For further information apply to
John G. Wersler, near the premises, or to
David Meconkey, West Chester.
