A certain messuage and tract of land situate in the Great Valley, Tredyffrin township, bounded by lands of John Bartholomew, John G. Bull and others, containing 147 acres more or less. The improvements consist of a large two story stone dwelling house, large stone barn, wagon house, spring house over a never failing spring of water, tenant ??? and other out buildings. The arable land is in a high state of cultivation, divided into convenient fields, well watered and fenced with a good proportion of woodland and meadow. There is an apple orchard on the premises and various other fruit trees. No, 3, A certain Messuage, Plantation or lot of land, situate in Tredyffrin township aforesaid, bounded by the last above described tract, containing 24 acres and 169 perches, more or less. The improvements consist of a stone dwelling house, barn, spring house and other out buildings. The arable land is in a high state of cultivation, divided into convenient fields well watered and fenced, having a good proportion of woodland and meadow, and a number of fruit trees. - Seized and taken in execution as the property of John L. Philips.
