PUBLIC SALE
By virtue of a pluries order of the Orphan's
Court of Chester county, will be sold at public
sale, on Saturday, the 2d of March, on the
premises, the following described real estate,
viz : all that messuage and tract of land,
containing 38 acres, and 142 perches of limestone
land, late the property of David Showalter,
dec'd, situate in Tredyffrin township. The
improvements are a good stone house, 60 by
45 feet ; a good house, part stone and part log,
a stone wagon house, a good convenient spring
and a house over it, a well with a pump in it
near the door, a good apple orchard and other
fruit trees. Any person wishing to view the
property befor the day of sale, will apply to
Daniel Showalter, living thereon. Conditions
at sale. Sale to commence at one o'clock on
said day. Sale positive.
