SHERIFFS' SALES. BY virtue of a writ of fieri facias to me directed, will be sold at public sale, on Wednesday the 24th day of April inst., on the premises, a certain messuage and tract of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin and county of Chester, bounded by lands of Wm. Bittle, Andrew Bowman and others, containing one and one fourth acres, more or less. The improvements consist of a LOG DWELLING HOUSE, frame stable, stone springhouse over a never failing spring of water, and other necessary out buildings. There is also a variety of fruit trees on said premises. Seized and taken into execution as the property of Henry Dunahower. ALSO, BY virtue of an order to sell, after a writ departitione facienda, will be sold at public sale, on Thursday the 25th day of April 1844, on the premises, a certain tenement and Lot of land, situate in the township of East Marlborough and county of Chester, bounded by lands of Hayes Jackson and others, containing one half acre more or less with the appurtenances. The improvements consist of a STONE DWELLING HOUSE with two rooms on the first floor, three on the second, and kitchen adjoining, with a well of good water in the same and pump therein ; Frame stable, wood- house, and other out buildings; a number of fruit trees. Seized and taken into execution as the property of Dinah J. Baker and Ruth Jacobs and and to be sold by CLINTON FRAME, Sheriff. Sheriff's Office, West Chester, April 2, 1844. - ts N.B. The Sheriff has made the following one f the conditions of the sales of Real Estate, and it will be enforced in the sale of the above premises. Fifty dollars of the price or sum at which the property shall be struck off shall be paid to the Sheriff at the time of sale, unless the purchase money be less than that sum, in wich case only the purchase money shall be paid, otherwise the property will again be immediately put up and sold.
