Shoemaker Shop to Rent.
The subscriber has a shop to rent to any one
desiring to carry on the Shoemaking business,
in all its various branches. It is situated in
Tredyffrin township, Chester county, on the
Lancaster turnpike, in a good neighborhood,
where an industrious and good workman
could command an excellent custom.
All the fixtures, lasts, boot ? trees, & c., are in
the shop, so that business might be commenced
without any further preparation, For further
particulars, enquire of the subscriber, at
the Black Bear Tavern, in the aforementioned
township.
