AT PUBLIC SALE

A valuable Valley Dairy and Grazing Farm,
at Public Sale.

WILL be sold, at public sale, at the late
residence of Jacob Rickabaugh, dec'd,
about two miles north of Paoli, on the
Pennsylvania rail road, and 21 west of Philadelphia,
in the township of Tredyffrin, Chester county,
on Tuesday the 12th of November next, at 12
o'clock, noon, a valuable valley dairy and
grazing FARM CONTAINING 110 ACRES,
bounded by lands of John Sloan, William
Schofield and others. The improvements consist
of a large two story stone house, with two
kitchens attached, calculated for two families;
large stone barn, wagon house, smoke house,
two spring houses over never failing springs,
carriage house, &c., and a fine apple orchard
of choice bearing trees, which bear every year.
About 25 acres of this land, is covered with
thriving timber ; the remainder is arable, in a
high state of cultivation divided into convenient
fields, and fenced with chesnut rails. A
part, says 12 acres of this property, is fine
bottom meadow land, through which the Valley
creek passes, and affords fine pastures. This
property is in a fine neighborhood, convenient
to mills, schools and places of worship.
ALSO
At the same time and place, two lots of
thriving WOODLAND, situate in Charlestown
township, containing about 3 acres each,
- together 6 acres, - bounded by lands late of
widow Howell, dec'd, Francis Lyons and
others.
