PRIVATE SALE
WILL be sold, at private sale, in Tredyffrin
township, Chester county, A SMALL
FARM, adjoining lands of David Christman,
Conrad Colehower, Thos. Courson dec'd, and
others, containing 38 acres and 112 perches
of firt rate limestone land. There are erected
on the property, a comfortable dwelling, two
stories high, part stone and part log, a stone
barn 60 by 45 feet, stone wagon house and
stone spring house, over a never failing spring,
and other out buildings, also a well and pump
near the dwelling, an apple orchard and a variety
of other fruit trees. The property is
divided into convenient fields, and fenced with
chesnut rail ; also 3 acres and 13 perches of
thriving woodland on the Lancaster turnpike
near the Warren gate, and about a mile from
the dwelling. Conditions may be made easy.
