A VALUABLE MERCHANT AND Grist Mill at Private Sale
BY virtue of an Order of the Orphans'
Court of Chester county, will be sold, at
Public Sle, on Thursday the 15th day of January
next, on the premises,
A TRACT OF WOODLAND,
situate in the township of Tredyffrin;
bounded by lands of Jas. Carr,
Benj. Maule, Isaac Gocom, Sarah
Woodman and others, containing 42 Acres &
43 Perches, be the same more or less, with the
appurtenances. The greater part of this tract
is well set with timber of good quality.
This property is well worthy the attention
of persons desirous of purchasing thriving timber
land.
The sale will commence at 1 o'clock, P.M.
on said day, when conditions will be made
known by STEPHEN STEPHENS,
