REAL ESTATE AT PUBLIC SALE.
BY virtue of an Order of the Orphans' Court of Chester
county, will be sold, at Public Sale, on Thursday
the 15th day of January next, on the premises, a
Tract of WOODLAND, situate in the township
of Tredyffrin, bounded by lands of James Carr, Benjamin
Maule, Isaac Yocom [Note spelling in American Republican edition same date is Gocom], & Sarah Woodman ; containing 41
ACRES and 43 Perches, be the same more or less, with
the appurtenances. The greater part of this tract
is well set with timber of good quality.
The greater part of this tract of
land is well set with TIMBER of good quality.
This property is well worthy the attention of persons
desirous of purchasing young, thriving timber
land.
The sale will commence at one o'clock on said
day, when attendance will be given and conditions
made known by STEPHEN STEPHENS,
