HOUSES, LUMBER YARD, SHOPS & LOT OF Ground, at Private Sale. THE subscriber offers, at private sale, the following valuable property, being one of the best stands for business on the rail road, between Lancaster and Phila., and where for a number of years, there has been a Lumber and Coal Yard, doing an extensive business, viz: a Lot of Ground containing 3 Acres, situated in the township of Tredyffrin, Chester county, adjoining land of Mifflin Lewis and others, all under new fence. The improvements consist of two two story frame dwelling Houses, nearly new and well finished, each about 32 by 16 feet, cellared under, with kitchen to each, and a well of good water with pump, at the door of each; large frame stable, together with a Wheel Wright and Blacksmith Shop; all new. This property is at the junction of the Lancaster turnpike and Phila. rail road, 17 miles from Phila., and about 100 rods from the Spread Eagle. Persons wishing to view, will please call on Rev. John Hall, on the premises; the subscriber in East Whiteland, or on Henry S. Evans, W. Chester. If this property is not sold by the first of February next, it will be for rent. ISAAC NEWTON THOMAS.
