SHERIFF'S SALE

01.27.1846 Village Record
BY virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas to me directed
will be sold at Public Sale, on Tuesday,
the 17th day of February next,
at one o'clock, P.M., a
desirable SMALL FARM, situate in Tredyffrin township,
Chester county, 20 miles from Philadelphia,
within one mile of the Pennsylvania Railroad, and
within a few hundred yards of the Philadelphia and
Lancaster turnpike, bounded by lands of Jos. Corson,
Conrad Colehom, [note Atlantic Republican
same date article says Colehour] Moses Jenkins and David Christman,
containing 38 ACRES and 142 Perches of the
best Valley Limestone LAND. The improvements
consist of a good HOUSE two stories high,
three
rooms on the first floor and four
on the second, with a kitchen attached ;
a good STONE BARN, 55 by 65 feet; stone
Wagon House, Stone Spring House, over a very
superior spring of water. There is also upon the
premises a good APPLE ORCHARD. There will
also be sold at the same time and place, THREE
ACRES and thirteen perches of excellent TIMBERLAND,
situate within a convenient distance of the
above property. Seized and
taken in execution as the property of FREDERICK
SEAFERS, and to be sold by
J.B. WOOD, Sheriff.
