WILL be sold, at Public Sale, on the premises on Thursday the 7th day of January, 1847, 10 ACRES more or less, of SPROUT LAND, situate in Tredyffrin township, on the road leading North from the Stage Tavern, on the Lancaster Turnpike, and bounded by the land of Col. Alex. E. Findley, Joshua Jones, Esq., Abel Lewis, deceased, and others. The timber is Chesnut and Chesnut Oak, of
