PUBLIC SALE

12.22.1846 Village Record
WILL be sold, at Public Sale, on the premises
on Thursday the 7th day of January, 1847,
10 Acres more or less, of SPROUT LAND.
This lot is situated in Tredyffrin township, on
the road leading north from the Stage Tavern,
on the Lancaster turnpike, and is bounded by
the land of Col. Alex. E. Findley, Joshua Jones,
Esq., Abel Lewis, dec'd, and others. The timber
is Chesnut and Chesnut Oak, of about 15
years' standing, and is of a vigorous growth.
Conditions easy, and will be made known on
day of sale by
