By virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas, to me directed, will be sold at public sale on Saturday, the 24th day of June next, at 10 o'clock, A.M., on the premises, all the estate and interest of Elizabeth Reese, of and in all that certain messuage and lot of land, situate in the township of Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester, bounded by lands of Stephen Stephens, Joseph Davis and others, containing 11 acres, more or less, with the appurtenances. The improvements consist of a two story stone House, log barn, log wheelwright and blacksmith shops, and other out buildings. The land is of an excellent quality and well improved, a portion of the same being meadow. The above described property is well situated, being at the intersection of several very public roads: the road leading from the Valley Forge to the King of Prussia passes by the same. Seized and taken in execution as the property of ELIZABETH REESE, and to be sold by B. DARLINGTON, Sheriff. Sheriff's Office, West Chester, May 10, 1848. N.B. The Sheriff has made the following one of the conditions of his sale of real estate, and it will be enforced in the sale of the above premises. Fifty dollars of the price or sum at which the property shall be struck off, shall be paid to the Sheriff at the time of sale, (unless the purchase money be less than that sum in which case only the purchase money shall be paid) otherwise the the propepty [sic] [property] will again be put and sold.
