Public Sale of Real Estate, 7 Acres Chesnut Timber

PURSUANT to a Deed of Assignment from
George W. Shainline, to the undersigned,
for the benefit of his creditors, will be sold at
public sale, on the premises, on Thursday, the
1st day of March next, a tract of CHESNUT TIMBER,
containing SEVEN
Acres and Seven Perches, situate in Tredyffrin
township, Chester county, late adjoining
lands of Joshua Evans, Jr., Devault Beaver,
Alexander Kennedy and others, near the Valley
Baptist Meeting House, 2 miles from Howellville,
and 5 from Norristown. The timber is of
about 16 years growth, in a thriving condition,
and easy of access. ? Any information desired,
can be obtained by applying to either of the subscribers.
Those wishing to attend the sale will
meet at the public house of Evan Kendall (Centreville Hotel)
at 1 o'clock on the day of sale to
proceed from there to the ground. Sale to be
positive. Conditions will be made known at the
time of sale by
