BY virtue of a writ of venditioni exponas to me
directed, will be sold at Public Sale, on Saturday
the 10th day of March next, at 1 o'clock P.M. on the
premises, all the estate and interest of Abisha T.
Woodman and Rebecca Woodman of and in all that
certain messuage and lot of land situate in the township
of Tredyffrin, in the county of Chester, bounded
by lands of Stephen Stephens, Joseph Davis and others,
containing 11 ACRES, more or less with the appurtenances.
The improvements consist of a two
story stone HOUSE, Stone BARN, log
Wheelwright and Blacksmith Shops, and
other out buildings. The land is of excellent
quality, and well improved, a portion
of the same being meadow. The above
described property is well situated being
at the intersection of several very public roads, the
road leading from Valley Forge, to the King of Prussia
passes the same.
Also, will be sold at the same time and place of
the above mentioned tract, all the estate and interest
of Abishai T. Woodman and Rebecca Woodman, in
a certain wood lot situate in the township and county
aforesaid, bounded by lands of Levi Lewis, Thomas
McMinn and others. Containing about 3 ACRES
more or less, with the appurtenances. This tract will
be sold at the same time and place on the above mentioned
tract. Seized and taken in execution as the
property of Abishai T. Woodman and Rebecca
Woodman.
