Real Estate at Public Sale.

10.30.1849 Village Record
WILL be sold at public sale, on THURSDAY, the
22d of November net, at 1 o'clock, P.M. a
small FARM, situated in Tredyffrin township, Chester
county, 2 miles north-east from Howelville, and
1 1/4 miles from the Eagle. (on the Pennsylvania Railroad,)
containing 28 ACRES and 87 Perches ; bounded
by lands of Joshua Jones, Alex Findley,Henry Bell
and others. The improvements are a stone
DWELLING HOUSE, 3 1/2 stories high, 18 by
28 feet, a Barn, stone, stable high, Stone
Spring House, over a never failing spring of
excellent water, and other out-buildings; an APPLE
ORCHARD, and other fruit Trees of various kinds.
The arable land is in a good state of cultivation,
divided into small and convenient lots; there is about
5 Acres of good Meadow Land, and 7 Acres under
Wood. It is a pleasant location, and near to Schools,
Mills and places of Public Worship. Any peson
wishing to view the property, or desiring further
information, will call on Joseph Lewis, near the
same, or Jonathan T. Lewis, West Whiteland. The
