Stephen Stephens, John Richards, Priscilla Richards,
Enoch Richards, Jr., Stephen Ballard and
Elizabeth his wife, James Steele and Ann his wife,
Maris Taylor and Rebecca his wife, Washington Ely and
Mary Ann his wife, Rees Cook, and Elizabeth his wife,
Enoch Richards, Sr., Jacob Rodgers, Cyrus Radcliff
and Priscilla his wife.
TO the parties above named. - Take notice,
that an inquest will be held and taken on the
premises of said parties, in the township of Tredyffrin,
in the county of Chester, and State of
Pennsylvania, on Friday the 4th day of January
next, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of said day,
for the purpose of making partition of the Real
Estate of said parties to and among the persons
interested, if such partition can be made without
prejudice to and spoiling the whole, - otherwise
to value and appraise the same, according to
law; at which time and place, you are requested
to attend if you shall think proper.
