A Farm at Public Sale, 80 Acres

WILL be sold at public sale, on the premises,
on Thursday, November 4th, 1852,
the farm of the late David Reese, deceased, situate
in Tredyffrin township, Chester county,
lying on the State road leading from West Chester
to Norristown, 17 miles from Philadelphia,
one mile from the Columbia Railroad and the
Lancaster turnpike, and the Valley Railroad
running through the place, adjoining lands of
Joshua Jones, Mary Reese, Ann Stearn and
others, containing about 80 ACRES, in a high
state of cultivation, 16 of which are good Timber
Land, and divided into fields of convenient
size, and well fenced, and has lately been well
limed all over; there is also a limestone quarry
and kiln on the property. The improvements
consist of a two and half story STONE
DWLLING [sic] [DWELLING] HOUSE, 25 by 35 feet, piazza
in front, a never failing well of water at the
door, with a pump therein, witha milk house attached;
also a stream of soft water running near
the door, large stone Barn, 35 by 45 feet, with
overshoot in front, a large stone wagon house
with hog house attached corn crib and all other
convenient out buildings. There is an Apple Orchard
of about 80 trees, together with a number of
cherry, pear, prune and plum trees of the choicest
kinds in good bearing. This farm is located
in the Great Valley, between Howellville and
Centreville, convenient to schools, mills and
placers of worship of different denominations, and
well worthy the attention of all those wishing to
purchase. Persons wishing to view the same
will call on the subscribers. Sale to commence
at 12 o'clock, P.M. Conditions easy to suit purchasers,
