Public Sale of a House and Lot, 5 acres, Wm. Henry, deceased

10.11.1853 Village Record
WILL be sold at public sale on THURSDAY, the
27th of October, 1853, at 1 o'clock P.M., on the
premises in Tredyffrin township, Chester county, the
House and lot of Wm. Henry, dec'd., bounded by
lands of Abner Cornog, David Wilson and Thomas Biddle,
containing about FIVE ACRES, more or less,
of well improved land. The improvements
consist of a comfortable Stone HOUSE and
a well of water at the door, Stone Barn and
other out-buildings ; also a good Apple Orchard
and other fruit trees. The property is located
within 200 yards of the Chester Valley Railroad, and
about half a mile north of the Paoli. For further particulars
apply to the Heirs, in East Whiteland township,
near the Steamboat. Good tittle [sic] [title] given and possession
given on the first of April next. Conditions
made known by THE HEIRS.
