Valuable Wood Lot at Public
Sale. - The subscriber will sell at Public Sale, on
THURSDAY, the 16th day of November, 1854, on
the premises, precisely at 2 o'clock, P.M., a certain
piece or lot of WOODLAND, situated in Tredyffrin
township, Chester county, bounded by lands of Saml. Beaver,
George Shainline, Heirs of Mordecai Davis
and others ; containing SIX ACRES and 70 Perches,
more or less. This lot is well set with Chestnut Timber
of about eighteen years growth, and is worthy the
attention of those wishing such property. Persons
wishing to view the premises previous to the day of
sale, will be shown the same by calling upon Benjamin Kirk
at the Spread Eagle, or Mr. John Smith, residing
near the property. Conditions at sale.
