PUBLIC SALE OF HOUSE AND LOT.-
Will be offered at public sale, on the premises,
on Thursday, the 14th of December, at 2 o'clock
P.M., a small property, containing about 6 ACRES
of Limestone Land, situate in Tredyffrin township,
Chester Valley, on the public road leading from West
Chester to Norristown, and within 1/4 of a mile of
Howellville, [note first time Howellville is spelled with two ll s) being one of the principal stations on
the Chester Valley Railroad, and about two miles
from the Columbia Railroad at Paoli and about the
same distance from the Reading Railroad at the
Valley Forge. The improvements consist of a
large Dwelling HOUSE, with 2 parlors
and kitchen on the first floor,
and four chambers on the second,
water at the kitchen door, fruit of almost
every description; large and convenient Barn,
with every other necessary building. Said property
is prime, under post and rail fence, and situated in
an excellent neighborhood, convenient to Mills,
schools and places of public worship of different denominations.

previous to the day of sale, will please to call
