VALUABLE DAIRY FARM AT PUBLIC
SALE. - I will sell at public sale on THURSDAY,
the 21st of December at 1 o'clock, P.M., the
farm on which I reside, situate in Tredyffrin township,
Chester county; bounded by lands of Samuel Acker,
Henry Detwiler, and heirs of John Sloan,
deceased, containing about 91 ACRES of superior
Limestone land, 10 of which are Woodland, the
balance is in a high state of cultivation, divided
into convenient fields, from all of which there is
easy access to the Valley Creek which passes
through the property; there is an Orchard of well
selected fruit, consisting of Apple, Pear, Plum
Peach, Cherry, &c. the improvements are a substantial
Stone House, 30 by 33 feet,
large double decker Barn, 37 by 40
feet, with straw house and wagon
shed attached, all in good repair;
there is a well of good water with pump therein in
the barn yard, spring house 16 by 33 feet, over a
superior spring of pure water within a few yards of
house, grain house,, & c. The above described property
is about 3 miles north of Paoli, 2 miles from
Valley Store Station on Chester Valley Railroad,
and 10 miles from West Chester; convenient to
mills, schools and places of public worship of different
denominations. Persons wishing to view
