WE the subscribers, citizens of the township
of Schuylkill aforesaid, do hereby certify that we
are well acquainted with John S. Workizer the
above named petitioner, that he is a man of
good repute for honesty and temperance, and is
well provided with house room and conveniences
for the accommodation of strangers and travellers;
that we know the house and its appurtenances
for which he asks a license, and we do further
certify, that an Inn or Tavern is necessary to be
kept there to accommodate the public, and entertain
strangers or travellers
