Schuylkill Township citizens recommend Tavern House
01.15.1850 American Republican
We the undersigned citizens of Schuylkill
township, county aforesaid, being personally
acquainted with the above named petitoner, and
having knowledge of the house for which the
license is prayed, do certify that the said house is
necessary to accommodate the public and entertain
strangers and travellers, and that the
petitioner is of good repute for honesty and temperance,
and is well provided with house room and
conveniences for the accommodation of strangers
and travellers.
