WE, the undersigned citizens of the township
and county aforesaid, being personally acquainted
with the above named petitioner, and having a
knowledge of the house for which the license is
prayed, do certify that said house is necessary to
accommodate the public, and entertain strangers
or travellers, and that the petitioner is of good
repute for honesty and temperance, and is well
provided with house room and conveniences for
the accommodation of strangers and travellers.
