Sale of Hotel Property

Sale of Hotel Property. - The well-known
hotel property at Valley Forge, which has
been in the Hoy family for a number of years
past, was sold at public sale on Saturday last.
John L. Hoy, of Norristown, one of the heirs,
was the purchaser. The price paid was $4,500.
At the same time two acres of land adjoining
the hotel property were disposed of to the
same gentleman for $240.
