Purchased Old Hostelry |
The old Washington Inn, at Valley Forge, has been purchased by Daniel Voorhees, of Phoenixville, the price paid J. E. Kendall, the former owner, being $20,000 it is stated. This old hotel property is known to many West Chester citizens who have been entertained there on trips to the historic Valley Forge Park. It is the Mecca for automobiles from all over the country during the automobiling season, besides others. |
