The Lincoln Institute Appropriation

WASHINGTON, April 9. - The Lincoln Institute for Indian Children in Philadelphia may get the appropriation which the House refused to give in conformity with its policy of voting no money to sectarian institutions. Senator Gray, of Delaware, gave notice in the Senate today that he would offer an amendment to the Indian Appropriation bill tomorrow restoring the item.
