Codicil to the Will of William Hunter

I William Hunter of the township of Newtown the County of Chester in Pennsylvania so make and publish this codicil to my last will and testament in manner and from following (that is to say). Whereas I gave to my son Alben Hunter a certain tract of land situate in the township of Easttown and my said son Alben being now dead I order and it is my will that my beloved wife Hannah hold and enjoy the said tract of land together with the issues and profits thereof for and during her natural life and immediately after her decease I give the aforesaid tract of land to my two sons Edward and William to them their heirs and assigns for ever to be equally divided between them share and share alike and I order my said sons Edward and William to pay to my daughter Alice the wife of John Jones the sum of twenty pounds that is to say ten pounds to be paid by my son Edward and and (sic) pounds to be paid by my son William within three months after my said wifes decease to be

?

My said will I ordered my son Edward to pay his mother ten pounds a year during her natural life and I do hereby discharge him from the payment of the same or any part thereof.

And lastly it is my desire that this my present codicil be annexed to and made part of my last will and testament to all intents and purposes.  In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of the seventh month one thousand seven hundred and eighty two.

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named William Hunter as a codicil to be annexed to his last will and testament in the presets of us
