Howellville School Account

The Commissioners of the county of Chester for tracking the following poor children and agreeably loan act of the Assembly for the education of poor children gratis from the 25th day of November 1811 and ending the 29th February 1812 after deducting loss time being one quarter or 3 months at $2 per quarter to Joseph Wetherby.

We the undersigned being subscribers to the school near General Davis in Tredyffrin, Chester County under the tuition of Joseph Wetherby do hereby certify that we have examined the above account and are of the opinion that the same is correct.
