Summary: Rees & Evan David through 2 deeds obtained 490a of land in western Charlestown in 1728. 50a was sold to John Rees in 1729 (Branch B) and 105a was sold to Thomas John in 1737 (Branch A). These transactions left 335a which was partitioned in 1740. Evan David sold his portion to William George in 1750, while Rees David sold his portion (enhanced by another deed) to Joseph Byers in 1753.
