Deed G2-322 states that Rees & Evan David had joint tenancy of 341.5 acres. The property being part of 2 tracts , both purchased in 1728. Firstly, from John Budd & Humphrey Murry of 258 acres (Philadelphia deed F5-405). The other being of 241 acres from John Budd (Philadelphia deed H7-377). Then on 2/12/1740 Rees and Evan David partitioned the land. Rees David had purchased 67.5 acres of the David Emanuel tract earlier in the month.
