DAVID BUCKWALTER'S ESTATE.
By an order of the orphans court at Chester county, will be sold at Public Vendue, on the premises, in Charlestown township, in said co. on monday the 16th of October next at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, all that Plantation and tract of land, adjoining lands of John Chrisman, and bonded by the river Schuylkill containing 190 acres of land in a high state of cultivation, 75 acres of which is woodland, of an excellent quality, 16 acres of bottom meadow, the remainder arable land all divided into convenient fields, and the whole under good fence -- the improvements are a large stone house, about 46 by 25 feet, and a large stone kitchen, adjoining, 24 by 25 feet, a stone barn 65 by 40 feet, with two floors, and grain houses adjoining with garners, all of which improvements have been lately built and finished in the best manner--wheelwright shop, a wash-house, Cider-works, and hoghouse, all under good roof, there are three wells of excellent water-situated in convenient places to suit the house, barn and wash house, a large apple orchard of Young, thriving trees.
