Orphan’s Court Sale

Two properties of Thomas R. Hunter, in Easttown, 16 miles from Philadelphia, on the road from Lewis’ store in Delaware County to Reeseville in Chester County, 1 mile from the Leopard tavern, 2 miles south of the Philadelphia and Columbia railroad.

#1 150 acres of first rate land in high state of cultivation, recently limed, ... divided into fields of convenient size ... a stream passing through and several other streams in the barnyard.

A large dwelling house, stone barn with corn crib, chairhouse, wagonhouse, good stone springhouse over a never-failing spring.

Also a stone tenement lately built.

A large proportion of heavy valuable timber.
