A statement of all the estate effects and property of the petitioner wheresoever situate and of whatsoever kinds.

The petitioner by deed of assignment dated the fifteenth day of April AD 1847 assigned and transferred to John Williams, William Roberts, and Lewis W. Roberts all his property real and personal to William Roberts, Lewis W. Roberts, and John Williams in trust for the benefit of his creditors. The said assignees sold all the personal goods and collected all outstanding claims of your petitioner and that he has no property except the wearing apparel of himself and wife.

A copy of said assignment is here annexed.

A statement of the debts due by him containing the names of the creditors the amount due each and the nature and character of the debt so far as he can ascertain the same.
