The following deeds are invalid due to the lack of a patent. Part of the area was covered by the Thomas Roberts patent of 1739. The situation was normalized with the 1796 patent to Abraham Whisler in the right of James Trego. Unfortunately Whisler did not pay his taxes so the tract then became unseated land.
