ALSO, BY virtue of a writ of Venditioni Exponas, to me directed, will be sold at Public Sale, on Thursday, the 14th day of October next, at 1 o'clock, P.M. on the premises, the following described Real Estate, situate in Tredryffrin [Tredyffrin] township, Chester county, bounded and described as follows, viz : No. 1, A certain messuage and lot of Land, situate3 as aforesaid bounded by lands of John B. Ivester, Mifflin Lewis, and others, containing about one and a half Acres, more or less, with the appurtenances. The improvements are a new frame House, 16 feet by 32, with a kitchen attached and a well of water oat the door; a large frame stable, both nearly new. The Columbia Railroad runs along the south end of said lot, and the Lancaster road on the North. No 2, Situate as aforesaid, bounded by lands of John B. Ivester, John Meredith, and others, containing about three-fourths of an acre, more or less with the appurtenances. The improvements are a good frame HOUSE, 18 feet by 30, with a well of water at the door; wheelwright and blacksmith shops, and other out buildings. The rail road runs along the north side of this lot, and the Lancaster turnpike on the south A lumber yard has been kept at this place for a number of years.
